One clinician, one-to-one care and a simple idea: expert physiotherapy should fit around your life, not the other way round.

Naeem Ashraf, HCPC-registered physiotherapist at Ultra Physio Stretch

My story

Hi, I’m Naeem.

I’m an HCPC-registered physiotherapist, and I started Ultra Physio Stretch because I kept meeting people who needed help but couldn’t find the time, energy or confidence to travel to a clinic.

My full name is Hafiz Muhammad Naeem Ashraf. I hold a Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) degree and an MSc in Global Public Health, which shaped how I think about health: practical, preventative and built around the person in front of me. I’m also trained in acupuncture, which I use alongside hands-on treatment and exercise where it’s suitable.

Before founding Ultra Physio Stretch, I spent around 18 months at StretchLab delivering one-to-one assisted stretching, working with everyone from office workers to keen athletes. I’ve also volunteered with King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Both experiences taught me how much difference unhurried, personal attention makes.

Today I bring that approach to homes and workplaces across London, combining clinical physiotherapy with assisted stretching so you get the right care in the place where you actually live and work.

My approach

How I work with every client

Assessment comes first

Treatment is based on what I find, not on a fixed routine. That’s why every course of care starts with a proper assessment.

Honest, clear advice

I’ll explain what’s going on in plain English and never promise outcomes I can’t stand behind.

Exercise you’ll actually do

Short, realistic home programmes designed around your space, schedule and goals.

Respect for your home

Punctual, tidy and discreet. I bring everything needed and leave your space as I found it.

Why mobile?

Because the best place to recover is where you live.

There’s no clinic, and that’s deliberate. Seeing you at home or at work means no painful journeys and no waiting rooms. I also get to see the chair you sit in, the stairs you climb and the space you’ll exercise in.
