Privacy policy
Ultra Physio Stretch Ltd (company no. 17463730) is the data controller for personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect. Your name and contact details, your postcode or visit address, and information about your health that you choose to share so we can assess and treat you safely.
How we use it. To respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver appointments, keep clinical records as required for registered healthcare professionals, and take payment. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it. Clinical records are kept securely for the period required by professional guidance. Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to clinical record-keeping requirements. Contact us at hello@ultraphysiostretch.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Contact form. Messages sent through the form on this page are emailed to us and stored in WordPress so we can reply. Only include the health details you’re comfortable sharing.
Cookies. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WhatsApp, phone and email links open in your own apps, which have their own privacy policies.
Terms & cancellations
Free online consultation. The free 10–15 minute consultation is general advice to help decide on next steps. It is not a full clinical assessment or treatment, and there is no obligation to book.
Prices & travel. Prices shown are starting prices. Your exact price, including any travel charge outside our local zone, is confirmed before your appointment is booked.
