Your physiotherapist arrives with the equipment. After consent, we assess, treat and explain what we find.

You’ll leave with clear advice and a home exercise plan. Follow-ups are recommended only when they’re useful.

No. You can book directly with us. If anything in your consultation or assessment suggests you should see your GP or another specialist first, we’ll tell you clearly.

For many muscle, joint and sports problems, the core of good physiotherapy is assessment, hands-on treatment and the right exercise, and all of that can be done at home. We bring the equipment needed. If you need something we can’t provide at home, such as a scan, we’ll advise you on where to go.

It’s a 10–15 minute video or phone call. We’ll talk through your symptoms or mobility goals, explain suitable next steps and confirm visit arrangements. It’s not a full clinical assessment or treatment, and there’s no obligation to book.

We visit clients across all London boroughs. Travel is included within our local zone (about 30 minutes from our base in Ilford). For visits further away, any travel charge is quoted before you confirm. Just send us your postcode.

A clear floor space roughly the size of a yoga mat, or a bed or sofa, plus comfortable clothing you can move in. We bring the mat, bands and any other equipment needed.

An initial physiotherapy assessment and treatment is 60 minutes, follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and assisted stretching sessions are 50 minutes.

It’s a one-to-one session where your physiotherapist moves you through stretches while you relax. Because someone else is guiding the stretch, you can work into areas that are hard to reach on your own.

No. Physiotherapy involves assessing and treating a specific problem, such as pain or an injury. Assisted stretching focuses on general mobility and flexibility. If you have pain or an injury, we’ll usually recommend a physiotherapy assessment first.

Yes. Naeem is trained in acupuncture, and all three are offered where they’re clinically suitable and with your consent. They aren’t right for everyone, so we’ll check your medical history first and explain the benefits and risks.

Yes. We offer individual appointments at your office and back-to-back sessions for teams. Workplace bookings are quoted individually, so get in touch with your requirements.

Policies vary, so please check with your insurer before booking whether they cover self-referral to an HCPC-registered physiotherapist. We can provide a receipt for your appointment.
